No minimum. We're happy to take on small orders as well as larger bulk runs just let us know your quantity and we'll quote accordingly.

Yes you're welcome to send us your own shirts, hats, or other items, or we can source garments for you. Let us know which works best.

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or a high-res PDF) embroider best. If you only have a PNG or JPG, send it anyway we can usually work with it or recreate it as needed.

Most orders are completed within 2–3 weeks of approving your design and garments. Larger orders or rush timelines may vary let us know your deadline and we'll confirm what's possible.

Yes. We carry a wide library of thread colors and will match your brand palette as closely as possible.

Always. We'll send a digital proof for your approval before stitching begins, so there are no surprises.

Pricing depends on three things:

• Embroidery cost calculated per item, based on stitch count and garment type.
• Garment cost depends on what you choose, whether from our selection or your own supplied items.
• Volume pricing larger orders typically bring the per-item cost down.

All orders also include a one-time design digitizing fee of $30–$60, depending on size and complexity. This converts your logo into a stitch-ready file and is charged once per design, not per item.
