What is the turnaround time for custom orders?

All orders are made to order and ship within 5–7 business days. You'll receive a shipping notification as soon as your order is on its way.

What shipping options are available?

We ship via USPS. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Can I return or exchange a custom item?

All custom orders are final sale. If something arrives damaged or defective, contact us at help@shopemberlane.co and we'll make it right.
